Artificial Intelligence

Yann LeCun on Quora
Currently Director of AI Research at Facebook and Professor at NYU, father of convolutional models, Yann LeCun is definitely a guru to follow.
Andrew Ng on Quora
Another big name to follow. Andrew Ng is Chief Scientist of Baidu and Adjunct Professor at Stanford University. He founded and led the "Google Brain" project, resulting in the famous "Google Cat" deep learning model that was able to recognize cats in YouTube videos, back in 2012.
Paul Tardy on Quora
Interesting Q&A here too!
Ethical Issues in Advanced Artificial Intelligence
A philosophical paper about the need of ethics in a possible Artificial Superintelligence, by Nick Bostrom (Professor at Oxford and Director of the Future of Humanity Institute). You can find here the Paperclip Maximizer example, which I personally like.
Artificial Neural Networks

Introduction to Neural Networks, Advantages and Applications
An explanation of what an Artificial Neural Network is and how it works, by Jahnavi Mahanta.
Inceptionism: Going Deeper into Neural Networks
Using image recognition neural networks to create (Google AI Blog).
The Unreasonable Effectiveness of Recurrent Neural Networks
A great article from Andrej Karpathy about the 'mysteries' of the recurrent networks.
Understanding LSTM Networks

Useful Keras features
The title says it all: useful Keras features, by Manish Chablani.
Deep Reinforcement Learning

Deep Reinforcement Learning (DeepMind)
A DeepMind post about Deep RL using the Deep Q-Network algorithm (DQN), created by DeepMind, a 2014 breakthrough where the same algorithm is able to learn to play dozens of Atari games from raw sets of pixels.
Universe (Open AI)
From Open AI, an attempt to create a generic reinforcement learning platform to build systems capable of learning from screen pixels.
Gym (Open AI)
Want to see if your latest RL algorithm is better than others? Open AI offers dozens of game environments that you can you use for benchmarking.
Unsupervised Learning

Generative models (Open AI)
Generative models, like Generative Adversarial Networks (or GANs) are a very promising area of research. Check these projects from Open AI.
Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs): Engine and Applications
Some interesting applications of GANs in this post from Anton Karazeev, researcher at Russian Quantum Center.

Seq2seq Chatbot for Keras
An example, by Oswaldo Ludwig, for creating a generative chatbot based on a Seq2Seq model.
